Resumo

The fali armyworxn, jpodoptera fruFird (J.E.Smith, 1797), is one of the moat important peste of corn in the field.In order to identify the major natural enemies of the fali ammyworm, a scouting of this pest was done in some growing regions of corn in Minas Gerais state, Brazil (Alto Paranaíba, Vaie do Rio Doce and Sul de Minas regions) and in three piaccc at the National Corn and Sorghum Research Center, in Sete Lagoas, MG state.Five regions were chosen, in each region three fama and, in each farm about 100 larvae were coilccted.In Sete Lagoas the scouting was done each 15 days.The larvae were carried to the laboratory and observed daily.The rosuits showed that the parasitoids were aimost the sarne in the regions and in Sete Lagoas: i.nz
