ResumoAttractiveness and control of Alta capiguara (Gonçaives, 1944) (Flymenoptera, formicidae) by difiubenzuron baits.The objective of this trial was to study the attractiveness of diflubenzuron baits (6, 12, 20 e 40 ppm( in comparison to MirexR (0,45% of dodecacloro) .It was carried cut at Paraguaçú Paulista, SP, in 1986/1987.The dosage was lOg/n2 anthiil and the experimental design was randomized biccks with 6 treatments and 8 roplications.The baits were placed in une of the way out.The samplings were made weekly and were based in observations of anta movments during 5 mio.Ali traatments were efficient in attractiveness and control of A. capiquara.Diflubenzuron (40 pprn) controlled earlier than the cther baits.
