ResumoMonitoring of resistance of coffee leatminer, Perileucopteru coffeella (Lepidoptera: Lyonetiidae) to inseticida, in Minas Gerais Rios esays of 4 insecticidas forreulations were conducted with larvae of the coffee leatminer, P. coffeella, from Viçosa, MC, Brazil, using the dipping method of infested leaves.Based on the C50and LC99 the decreasing order of toxicity of the (ormulati.onsis: fenthion, chlorpyrifos, deltamethrin, and ethion.The tgg and LC99 of the uppr 95% confidence limits of the formulations were used as d:Lscriminating concentration to detect resistance in populations of this insect from 5 counties (MC) : São Sebastião do Paraíso, São Tomaz de Aquino, luz, Patrocínio, and São Gotardo.Resistance to fenthion was detected in all counties, and to ethion in four.Prima fa- cio evidence of resistance to chlorpliyrif-os was detected in all countjes and to deltametlirjn in Patrocínio.
