Belarusian Abstract: Парадаксальнасць фінансава-эканамічнай рэальнасці заключаецца ў тым, што ў ёй ужываюцца і феномены фінансавай эвалюцыі, і працэсы звычайнага (непераходнага) тыпу. З аднаго боку, у эканоміцы здараецца змена тэхналогій, тавараў, арганізацый, структур. У гэтым значэнні яна эвалюцыйная. З іншага боку, акты гэтых змен не вычэрпваюць сутнасці фінансава-эканамічнага функцыянавання. Гіганцкую ролю тут адыгрываюць мо- манты эканамічнай трываласці фінансавых суб’ектаў, узгаднення выдаткаў і вынікаў, попыту і прапановы, антыкрызіснага станаўлення. Даследаванне гэ- тых момантаў – прэрагатыва класічнай навукі. А гэта значыць, што навука ў цэлым не мае магчымасці абвяргаць класічныя падыходы і абсалютызаваць свежыя, нетрадыцыйныя погляды (сінэргетычны, эвалюцыйны) на канцэпцыю ці наадварот. Неабходны сінтэз класічнай і новай нестандартнай фінансава- эканамічнай дактрыны. English Abstract: The paradox of financial and economic reality lies in their coexistence with both phenomena of financial evolution and processes of conventional (non-transient) type. On the one hand, the economy is changing technologies, goods, organizations and structures. In this sense, it is evolutionary. On the other hand, these shifts do not exhaust the essence of financial and economic functioning. The huge role is played by the moments of economic strength of financial entities, coordination of costs and results, demand and supply, anti-crisis formation. The study of these moments is a prerogative of classical science. This means that science as a whole is not able to refute the classical approaches and absolutize fresh, non-traditional views (synergetic, evolutionary) on the concept or vice versa. Thus a synthesis of classical and fresh, nonstandard, financial and economic doctrines is necessary.
