Evolutionary Algorithms and Applications

Speakeasy is a very high level user-oriented language imbedded in a modular computer system. This system, designed for use with attached libraries for its information base, is an evolutionary development constantly being augmented in power by its user community. This paper describes the basic structure of the system and demonstrates some of its capabilities.
