AS REPERCUSSÕES DAS DESIGUALDADES: O HOMEM QUE NÃO TINHA NADA E SUAS INTERAÇÕES SOCIAIS

ResumoResumo: De maneira interdisciplinar, aborda-se o tema da desigualdade social. A discussão em tela é guiada pela análise da letra da música O Homem Que Não Tinha Nada (Projota part. Negra Li). O ensaio tem como objetivo estabelecer um paralelo entre a situação descrita na manifestação artística e o cenário jurídico. E, para tal, a construção metodológica do ensaio é pautada em um viés descritivo e explicativo, de caráter qualitativo, responsável por propor relações entre as repercussões das desigualdades e a intersecção com o Direito. Destacamos, por isso, que os direitos fundamentais são imprescindíveis para uma democracia consolidada e respeitada, não apenas no papel, mas na realidade social.Palavras-chave: Desigualdade social. Violência urbana. O homem que não tinha nada. Abstract: In an interdisciplinary way, it addresses the theme of social inequality. The screen discussion is guided by the analysis of the lyrics of the song The Man Who Had Nothing (Projota and Negra Li). The essay aims to define a parallel between a situation that occurs in the artistic manifestation and the legal scenario. For this, a methodological construction of an essay is shown in a descriptive and explanatory through, of a qualitative character, responsible for propose relationships between repercussions of inequalities and intersection with the law. We emphasize, therefore, that fundamental rights are essential for a consolidated and respected democracy, not only on paper, but in social reality.Keywords: Social inequality. Urban violence.
