ResumoThis work aims to verify which are the main difficulties faced in the emergency implantation of the remote teaching-learning process in the basic education of the public network and which learnings will be for the return of the face-to-face classes, according to current research.It starts with the hypothesis that a good part of the teachers and students of public basic education were not familiar with ICT -Information and Communication Technologies -in their regular classes.As a result, it is believed that they had difficulties in applying these tools on an emergency basis in remote education as the only alternative, due to the covid-19 pandemic, which was unexpected by everyone.It is also believed that, when returning to post-pandemic classroom teaching, many of the tools used in remote education will continue to be used and will contribute to the teaching and learning process.
