This conference is about the concept of the real unconscious, its analytical use and its consequences regarding the interpretation, the management of the treatment and the conclusion of the analysis. The author tries, in her exposition, reconstruct Lacan’s trajectory in the construction of this syntagma and to find the reason for the various rearrangements that he introduces in this concept. She affirms that this is an expression solidary to the emphasis that Lacan gives to language and that it is correlative to the devaluation of the truth. The author argues and concludes that everything he constructed so far, even a structure of the speech addressed to the Other, is questioned and that, evidently, it changes the status of speech and the symptom, which justifies the importance of publishing this conference for our analytical community.
