The paper discusses the features of making entrepreneurial decisions. The study aimed to develop a set of methodological provisions for the development of entrepreneurial decisions by small and medium-sized enterprises of the Stavropol Krai. A model of entrepreneurial decision-making for small and medium-sized business structures is presented, making it possible to concretize its component composition, taking into account the personal entrepreneurial factors, their resource potential, and the scale of the problems to be solved.
