Portuguese Abstract: Atraves da analise de dois estudos, um realizado no Brasil e outro na Inglaterra, e tambem de um relatorio da Fundo de Populacao das Nacoes Unidas, apresenta-se um aparente fortalecimento de preconceitos etnicos, de genero e religiosos durante a pandemia de COVID-19. Apresenta-se uma das ferramentas para publicizacao dos abusos aos direitos fundamentais: Observatorio ANAJURE das Liberdades Civis Fundamentais. Conclui-se que existe uma necessidade de preparar-se para a realidade pos-pandemica de forma a evitar os preconceitos e proteger as liberdades fundamentais mencionadas no texto da carta-magna nacional. Tambem, observa-se a necessidade de a comunidade internacional cooperar para que tais preconceitos e violacoes possam ser abordados satisfatoriamente, garantindo assim um futuro mais pacifico com politicas que punem a xenofobia, o antissemitismo e o racismo, alem de uma sociedade mais consciente e com menos extremismo. English Abstract: Through the analysis of two studies, one carried out in Brazil and the other in England, an apparent strengthening of ethnic and religious prejudices appears during the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the tools for publicizing abuses of fundamental rights is presented: ANAJURE Observatory of Fundamental Civil Liberties. We conclude that there is a need to prepare for the post-pandemic reality to avoid prejudice and protect the fundamental freedoms mentioned in the text of the constitution. Also, there is a need for the international community to cooperate so that such prejudices and violations can be addressed satisfactorily, thus guaranteeing a more peaceful future with policies that punish xenophobia, anti-Semitism, and racism, in addition to a more conscious society with less extremism.
