Planejamento escolar: o paradoxo entre a realidade das mudanças globais e as dificuldades enfrentadas no dia a dia docente

EnglishThe present study had as its object of analysis the planning of teaching. This tool represents the action that guides the process of teaching and learning, being indispensable for the pedagogical practice. Through this instrument, the teacher highlights the objectives and strategies to teach certain content, paying attention to how you will evaluate student performance. The objective of this study was to investigate the meanings of planning for four teachers from a municipal elementary school in Joao Pessoa - Paraiba. As specific objectives it was listed: analyze the political, social and economic transformations in the XXI century, which have repercussions on education; to identify how Pedagogy contributes to teacher education and its pedagogical praxis. As results, the research demonstrated that teachers plan their classes, considering the relationship between teaching, research and extension, seeking to develop critical knowledge in students. portuguesA presente pesquisa teve como objeto de analise o planejamento de ensino. Essa ferramenta representa a acao que norteia o processo de ensino e aprendizagem, sendo indispensavel para a pratica pedagogica. Por meio desse instrumento, o professor coloca em evidencia os objetivos e estrategias para lecionar determinado conteudo, atento a forma como ira avaliar o desempenho dos estudantes. O trabalho teve o objetivo geral de investigar os sentidos do planejamento para quatro professores de uma escola municipal de ensino fundamental em de Joao Pessoa – Paraiba. Como objetivos especificos se elencou: analisar as transformacoes politico, sociais e economicas no seculo XXI, as quais repercutem sobre a educacao; identificar como a Pedagogia contribui para a formacao docente e sua praxis pedagogica. Como resultados, a pesquisa demonstrou que os professores planejam suas aulas, considerando a relacao entre ensino, pesquisa e extensao, procurando desenvolver o conhecimento critico nos estudantes.
