ResumoEl estudio es relevante, ya que propone el diseno de los Derechos Basicos de Aprendizaje en el area de Tecnologia e Informatica para grado quinto, basados en los estandares basicos de competencia, referentes de calidad y referentes curriculares que permita a los docentes de las instituciones educativas del municipio de Ipiales tanto del sector publico como privado formar a sus estudiantes en las competencias digitales necesarias segun su contexto permitiendole ademas desarrollar competencias en resolucion de problemas, pensamiento computacional y busqueda de informacion, contando con una ruta de ensenanza estandarizada que fortalezcan procesos ya concebidos dentro del aula de clase, para esto se realizara la indagacion de las mallas curriculares utilizadas entre los docentes con el fin de establecer comparativos curriculares que permitan establecer caracteristicas teoricas y metodologicas de acuerdo a los lineamientos de los estandares basicos de competencia en el area de tecnologia e informatica de grado quinto de la basica primaria. ABSTRACT The study is relevant since it proposes the design of Basic Learning Rights in the area of Technology and Informatics for fifth grade, based on the basic standards of competence, quality references and curricular references. that allows teachers of educational institutions in the municipality of Ipiales from both the public and private sectors to train their students in the necessary digital skills according to their context, also allowing them to develop skills in problem solving, computational thinking and searching for information, with a standardized teaching route that strengthen processes already conceived within the classroom, for this, the investigation of the curricular meshes used among teachers will be carried out in order to establish curricular comparisons that allow establishing theoretical and methodological characteristics according to the guidelines of the basic standards of competence in the area of technology and informatics for fifth grade of elementary school.
