espanolLa presente investigacion esta basada en los factores, psico – sociales vinculados al alto indice de violencia intrafamiliar contra las mujeres del Canton Rioverde, debido que este sector en estos ultimos meses, se observa un alto indice de violencia intrafamiliar evidenciada contra las mujeres que son o han sido golpeadas, amenazadas o insultadas por sus parejas, se utilizo una investigacion mixto cualitativo y cuantitativa porque tiene la finalidad de conocer los elementos; el como llegar al razonamiento interpretativo con un metodo inductivo, deductivo, descriptivo a una poblacion total del Canton Rioverde aplicando una encuesta a una muestra de 300 mujeres que pudieron determinar los factores psicosociales vinculados a la violencia intrafamiliar realizada en contra de ellas. Y como resultado se determino que la mayoria de mujeres violentadas se encuentran en la edad de 21 a 30 anos; las mismas que no son casadas, viven con su pareja en union libre y por ende son quienes han soportado la violencia intrafamiliar de manera diversa y constante. Estas acciones constituyen la violacion del derecho humano a la salud y del derecho al goce de condiciones que posibilitan el desarrollo en terminos de llevar una vida digna y libre sin violencia. EnglishThis research is based on the psycho - social factors linked to the high rate of intrafamily violence against women in the Rioverde Canton, due to the fact that this sector in recent months shows a high rate of intrafamily violence against women who are they have been beaten, threatened or insulted by their partners, a qualitative and quantitative mixed research was used because it has the purpose of knowing the elements; the how to arrive at the interpretative reasoning with an inductive, deductive, descriptive method to a total population of the Rioverde Canton applying a survey to a sample of 300 women who could determine the psychosocial factors linked to the intrafamily violence carried out against them. And as a result, it was determined that the majority of women who are victims of violence are between the ages of 21 and 30; the same women who are not married, live with their partner in a free union and therefore are the ones who have endured intrafamily violence in a diverse and constant manner. These actions constitute the violation of the human right to health and the right to enjoy conditions that enable development in terms of leading a dignified and free life without violence.
