ResumoA simple Smart Kitchen System implemented by using the Nuvoton Development Board describe in this paper. Smart Kitchen System divided into three subsystems, which are the gas leakage detection system, fire detection, and extinguishing system, an earthquake alert system. The MQ-2 gas sensor represents the gas leakage detection system, while an LM35 temperature sensor represents a fire detection and extinguishing system. MPU6050 motion tracking components represent an earthquake alert system. The Analog-to-Digital (ADC) conversion is compulsory if needed to interface the MQ-2 gas sensor and LM35 temperature sensor with Nuvoton Development Board. The study of I2C communication also mandatory as we need to interface MPU6050 motion tracking components with Nuvoton Development Board. 4 simulated conditions have been tested. All the requirements tested achieved 100% successful.
