Resumo

Estudios preliminares micrograficos e histoquimicos en hojas de Jungia floribunda Less. (Asteraceae), de uso medicinal. Jungia floribunda Less. Es una planta medicinal, conocida con el nombre comun “jaguarete po”; es posible encontrarla en los Departamentos de Central, Caazapa, Caaguazu, Amambay, correspondiente a la Region Oriental del Paraguay y paises limitrofes. En la actualidad aun no ha sido estudiada en cuanto a su composicion micrografica, quimica y su actividad biologica. Por ello se llevo a cabo el analisis micrografico e histoquimico de la hoja. Se cita segun el uso popular con propiedades medicinales; tales como, antinflamatorio, purificador de la sangre, acciona contra infecciones internas y antitusigenas. En la estructura anatomica foliar se han identificado estructuras secretoras con contenido oleoso y abundantes cristales de oxalato de calcio en celulas. Cabe resaltar que el presente estudio podra ser objeto de un posterior analisis de mayor complejidad. Preliminary studies in micrographs and histochemical Jungia floribunda Less. (Asteraceae) leaves, for medicinal use. Jungia floribunda Less. It is a medicinal plant, known by the common name of jaguarete po. It can be found in the Departments of Central, Caazapa, Caaguazu, and Amambay, in the Eastern Region of Paraguay and neighboring countries. Today it has not been studied in terms of its micrographic and chemical composition and its biological activity. Therefore been made histochemical and micrograph analysis of the leaf have been made. It is cited by popular use with medicinal properties, such as anti-inflammatory, blood purifier, its effects against internal infections and as an antitussive. In the leaf anatomical structures, secretory structures with oily content and abundant calcium oxalate crystals in cells were identified. It should be noted that this study may be subject to further and more complex analysis.
