Portuguese Abstract: relatorio sintese de livro que incide sobre a forma como o direito internacional e perspetivado no plano constitucional/legislativo, judicial e doutrinal nas ordens juridicas dos paises e territorios de lingua oficial portuguesa (Angola, Brasil, Cabo Verde, Guine-Bissau, Macau, Mocambique, Sao Tome e Principe e Timor Leste). Cada relatorio procura encontrar resposta a questoes fundamentais relativas a relacao entre o direito internacional e o direito nacional, como a de saber como se processa a incorporacao das normas internacionais ou que posicao hierarquica ocupam internamente. English Abstract: synthesis report of a book that deals with the legal, judicial and doctrinal perspective on the incorporation of international law in the legal orders of Portuguese speaking countries and jurisdictions (Angola, Brazil, Cabo Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Macau, Mozambique, Sao Tome and Principe, and Timor Leste). Each report answers crucial questions related to the relationship between international and internal law, such as the process of incorporation of international law and the hierarchical position of its provisions in the domestic sources of law.
