ResumoThe export process is a great way to seek a larger consumer market in order to increase the company’s revenues, in addition to providing a surplus in the country's trade balance. In this sense, this article aims to map the main export processes from the point of view of the exporting company, which is one of the leaders in the production of porcelain tiles in Brazil, based on the application of the Supply chain operations reference model (SCOR) logistics approach, which aims to improve the supply chain, including interactions with the customer, physical material transactions and interactions with the market. This research adopts a qualitative approach to identify and know the export process of the focus company, being conducted through semi-structured interviews with the agents responsible for the export process of the porcelain tile, afterwards, the diagram and application of the chosen logistics approach. Thus, it was possible to identify the processes that involve the fulfillment of requirements for the export to be carried out, allowing the manager a better understanding of the process and the sequence of activities.
