ResumoThere was a time when the search for improvement of value training was only the guarantee of achieving a salary cap, nowadays there is a new concern about the offer of teaching and learning, especially that offered to students who have some disorder or not.Thus, in this article, we intend to discuss the proposals for continuing education and the availability of courses in the area of special/inclusive education, offered to teachers of the regular network who work in public schools of the municipal school system of the city of Mundo Novo-Bahia and who serve students with special educational needs.Starting from the concern of how to insert the student with autism spectrum disorder into the inclusive classroom and ensure their permanence, the teacher necessarily needs to follow the changes that have been happening in recent times, whether from the perspective of inclusion and in the new strategies enabled in the development of actions related to the care of the diversities of the learning process of this subject for life and guarantee of their rights.
