After the two universal threat climate change and, shortage of fresh water, desertification is the third major 21 century dispute for our international community: According to worldwide organizations reports, one-sixth of the overall inhabitants, three quarters of dry land and a third of the world's land with an approximate area of five million hectares in 110 countries around the universe are threatened by erosion. The civic landscape provides critical ecosystem services. Green space also boosts A physical activity, psychological well-being, and the general public health of metropolitan citizens. Taking into consideration contemporary metropolitan pollution there is a serious concern to enforce stronger regulations in order to expedite dirty air purification by nature. For this purpose, an evolution of the irrigation system is introduced. There are plenty of hectares of brown land and also a massive amount of Steam water in the atmosphere. By converting water Steam into the liquid landscape will spread with faster speed to overcome erosion and Purifying air pollution around the world cities.
