En vista que la globalizacion, la sociedad de la informacion y el conocimiento, el acelerado desarrollo cientifico y tecnologico, en ese contexto, la Educacion Superior Tecnologica debe responder a la formacion de profesionales tecnicos, capaces de adaptarse a la velocidad de los cambios tecnologicos garantizando mayor adaptabilidad profesional. Es por ello, el objetivo de la investigacion busco determinar la relacion de la gestion pedagogica y el desempeno docente. Es una investigacion de tipo basico, diseno No experimental, nivel descriptivo correlacional; la muestra de 80 estudiantes, 04 directivos, 08 docentes de la especialidad, se logro determinar como el diseno curricular, los medios y materiales educativos, la evaluacion y el monitoreo se relacionan significativamente con el desempeno docente especialidad de mecanica automotriz, Lima. ABSTRACT In view of globalization, the information and knowledge society, the accelerated scientific and technological development, in this context, Higher Technological Education must respond to the training of technical professionals, capable of adapting to the speed of technological changes, guaranteeing greater professional adaptability. Therefore, the objective of the research was to determine the relationship between pedagogical management and teaching performance. It is a basic research, non-experimental design, descriptive correlational level; the sample of 80 students, 04 managers, 08 teachers of the specialty, it was possible to determine how the curricular design, the means and educational materials, evaluation and monitoring are significantly related to the teaching performance in the specialty of automotive mechanics, Lima.
