ResumoNontraumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) can rarely occur in the acute phase of ischemic stroke (AIS), especially if due to large vessels occlusion (LVO). Such intracranial bleeding hinders AIS management and the choice of revascularization approach.
