espanolEl objetivo de la presente investigacion es evaluar el desarrollo socioeconomico alcanzado en los municipios de la provincia Granma, para lo cual se determino el Indice Sintetico de Desarrollo Municipal (ISDM) donde se consideraron a la dimension social y la dimension economica del desarrollo, definiendose un total de ocho indicadores primarios para la conformacion del mismo. La aplicacion practica de este trabajo se realizo teniendo en cuenta la informacion que brinda la Direccion Provincial de la Oficina Nacional de Estadistica e Informacion (ONEI) en el Anuario Estadistico de la Provincia Granma en el cierre del ano 2018 edicion 2019, el analisis se realiza para el periodo 2013-2018. EnglishThe objective of the present investigation is to evaluate the socioeconomic development achieved in the municipalities of the Granma province, for which the Synthetic Index of Municipal Development (ISDM) was determined where the social dimension and the economic dimension of development were considered, defining a total of eight primary indicators for its formation. The practical application of this work was carried out taking into account the information provided by the Provincial Directorate of the National Office of Statistics and Information (ONEI) in the Statistical Yearbook of the Granma Province at the end of the 2018 edition of 2019, the analysis is performed for the period 2013-2018.
