ResumoSpanish Abstract: Reflexiones criticas sobre etica, jueces y la presunta division de poderes. Breve resena sobre el juzgador injusto, su posible responsabilidad, cambio en el pensamiento etico-juridico y ciertos inconvenientes de la Administracion de Justicia espanola. Exigencia de una etica juridica y alusion a ciertas experiencias codificadoras respecto de los jueces(Codigo Etico de la Magistratura italiana, Codigo de conducta de los Jueces de EE.UU., Carta Europea del Estatuto del Juez, Estatuto Universal del Juez, Estatuto del Juez Iberoamericano, Principios de Bangalore, etc.). Sobre una etica de minimos y de maximos y de la eventual obligatoriedad de las disposiciones eticas: La lex artis. Conclusion: Empezar desde la base y cumplir las normas juridicas para allanar el camino etico. English Abstract: Critical reflections on ethics, judges and the alleged division of powers. Brief review about the unfair judge, his possible responsibility, change in ethical-legal thinking and certain inconveniences of the Spanish Justice Administration. Requirement of a legal ethics and reference to certain coding experiences with respect to judges (Code of Ethics of the Italian Magistracy, Code of Conduct of Judges of the USA, European Charter of the Statute of the Judge, Universal Statute of the Judge, Statute of the Judge Ibero-American, Principles of Bangalore, etc.). On an ethics of minimums and maximums and the possible obligatory nature of ethical provisions: La lex artis. Conclusion: Start from the base and comply with legal rules to smooth the ethical path.
