ResumoThis article determines the amount of humus, phosphorus and pH in the soil of the Akkistau village, located 20-25 km southwest of Novobogat in the Atyrau region. Studies have shown that the phosphorus content depends on the humus content and the pH of the medium. The phosphorus content decreases at a low humus content, which in the study area are below the maximum permissible concentration in the range from 0.019 to 0.086%. The humus content is also low, from 1.6 to 2.5%. Increasing the pH above 7 leads to alkalization of the soil, which leads to a decrease in the phosphorus content. Studies have shown that in all samples the pH is above 8, which indicates an alkaline environment of this soil. In addition, the anatomical structure of the dominant plants Atriplex nitans, A.fragans Willd, S.rosaceae L., H.strobilaceum (Pall) M.B. was studied, which showed that the vessels in these plants are dilated, which contributes to high absorption capacity, which can be used for bioindication of environmental pollution.
