Resumo

Terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) and close-range photogrammetry (CRP) are of great importance in the preservation of cultural and historical heritage. Using both methods, it is possible to faithfully create 3D models of cultural and historical monuments. In this paper, the procedure of making a 3D model of an object using two mentioned methods is presented. Pix4Dmapper software was used to process close-range photogrammetry data, while Topcon ImageMaster Pro software was used to process point clouds from terrestrial laser scanning. A comparison of close-range photogrammetry and terrestrial laser scanning results is presented. The paper describes the geometric documentation of the replica monument “Zgošćanski stećak” (stećak - monumental medieval tombstone), which begins with the collection of data, followed with processing, and concludes with the presentation of the final results.
