This work aims to present a project to manufacture a product, which is innovative and at the same time meets the needs of the consumer, in terms of cost advantages, durability, safety, eco-friendly and sustainable, compared to the competition. An Children's Tricycle was defined as the product to be contemplated with this innovation, where the focus is on the development of a thorough project, which includes the survey of risks and feasibility, after analyzes and calculations prepared so that, based on them, decision-making about investing in the continuity of the project through the manufacture of the product, in a safe way, in order to obtain market success and return on investment. Defining a process means knowing the characteristics, which together make up a means to achieve quality goals, knowing the most suitable equipment to use, knowing information on operations, maintenance and control, in order to develop processes capable of meeting the characteristics required for the product, using tools for process development, quality management, among others. In addition to the adequacy, some actions are necessary, such as the full training of everyone involved in the project, and a definition of feasibility after a preliminary risk analysis and reliability of the project and process. With these definitions and guaranteed collaboration between participating members of the supply chain, it is possible to leave the project with safe parameters to estimate the generation of profits for the company in the execution of the project.
