Resumo

For the imposition of criminal precautionary measures in the criminal process of Panama requires the existence of material requirements such as: The existence of punishable offense and the attachment of the accused what is known as the fomus bonis iure, also required, periculum in mora Or periculum in libertatis that comes to represent the procedural dangers that are sought to prevent with the imposition of a criminal injunction and proportionality that limits the exercise of State power, which are examined in this work with the new approach of our procedural order penal.
