ResumoThis study aims to analyze an interest adjustment system of public involvement in planning and negotiation process of the citizen participating road planning project of Akame-taki prefectural road in Nabari city, Mie prefecture. As results, we get lessons as follows: Local people could propose road plans supported by planning experts. There were opposing values in route selection. They could not select an appropriate route unless their opposing values were adjusted by evaluating road effects using technical planning informations.
