This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the effects of eHealth interventions in comparison with controls (treatment as usual, waiting list, attention placebo, psychological placebo or non‐psychological treatment) for treating anxiety and depression in children and adolescents with long‐term physical conditions.
