Resumo

On the Cover: Mast cell-derived oncostatin M (OSM) stimulates the growth of microvascular endothelial cells, osteoblasts, and fibroblasts, suggesting a pathogenetic role in systemic mastocytosis.Shown is expression of OSM in the HMC-1 mast cell line.KIT D816Vϩ HMC-1 cells were spun onto cytospin slides, and expression of OSM was detected by immunocytochemistry using an anti-OSM antibody (red-brown).(See page 2344.
