ResumoWe present a genome assembly from an individual Diadumene lineata (the orange-striped anemone; Cnidaria; Anthozoa; Actiniaria; Diadumenidae). The genome sequence is 313 megabases in span. The majority of the assembly (96.03%) is scaffolded into 16 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The complete mitochondrial genome was also assembled and is 17.6 kilobases in length.
