The chapter analyzes the Scrum methodology as a method for managing the industrial product development process using the Redmine. In the analysis of the practical use of the Scrum methodology, the need for automation of sprint planning was identified. Using the developed software, it is possible to automatically create a production plan for certain periods, subject to the necessary conditions, such as the availability of a reserve of tasks with a set priority and an approximate estimate of the time for their completion, as well as the schedule of working hours for a group of employees for a given period of time.
