Abstract Tobacco Products (MIC: SIC: 2111 NAIC: 312221) Altria Group is a holding company. Co., via its wholly owned subsidiaries, Philip Morris USA Inc., Philip Morris International Inc., and John Middleton, Inc., are engaged in the manufacture and sale of cigarettes and other tobacco products. Philip Morris Capital Corporation, another wholly owned subsidiary of Co., maintains a portfolio of controlled and direct finance leases. At Dec 31 2007, Co. held a 28.6% economic and voting interest in SABMiller Plc., which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of various beer products. As of Dec 31 2007, Co.'s reportable segments were U.S. tobacco; European Union; Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa; Asia; Latin America; and Financial Services.
