ResumoA case of lymphangitis carcinomatosa secondary to a primary gastric adenocarcinoma is reported. Diagnosis was suspected clinically and radiologically, but was established only at autopsy. The condition is reviewed. When suspected, transbronchial lung biopsy would allow histological confirmation of the diagnosis.
