On the Cover: New technique allows for visualization of podocyte foot processes using confocal laser scanning microscopy in unprecedented detail, even in living podocytes of freshly isolated glomeruli.Orthogonal views of single capillary (magenta, expressing tdTomato) covered by a podocyte (green, expressing green fluorescent protein).Merged images demonstrate placement of both structures.(See page 332.
