Resumo

Halbe Sachen: Eine modifizierte Interkalations/Deinterkalations-Strategie, die den charakteristischen thermisch induzierten Phasenübergang von monoklinem VO2 nutzt, wurde zur Herstellung von dünnen VO2-Nanoschichten entwickelt. Die Nanoschichten sind halbmetallisch und zeigen einen temperaturabhängigen Phasenübergang. Der halbmetallische Charakter ist für Anwendungen in der Spintronik interessant.
