ResumoThe Yuzhnoye NPO experience in the development and operation of combat missiles made it possible to build ideal Zenit space rocket complex for launch of spacecraft of various purposes.Depending on targets the two-stage Zenit-2 launch-vehicle and the three-stage Zenit-3 launch-vehicle are used in this complex which allows to place the spacecraft into circular orbits including sun-synchronous and elliptical orbits with various altitudes and inclinations. The maximum mass of spacecraft injected by Zenit-2 launcher into near-earth 200 km orbit from the CIS territory is 13.8 tons. The mass of spacecraft injected by Zenit-3 launcher into geostationary orbit from the CIS territory is 1 ton. The Zenit space rocket complex is uniqué in the world due to its technical perfection, automation of the pre-launch preparation processes, the launch and the process of launch cancellation.
