Occupational Health and Safety in Workplaces

To get retiree is a transition state in the people life that produce important change in habits and customs; without any doubt the retiree people must adapt themselves to a new state and must reorganize their life in the highest quality that is possible.In order to explore and to describe this adaptation and reorganization eleven people were interviewed, they are chileans who live and got retiree in Sweden. We asked them told us their perception in relation to the retirement process and to the occupational patterns reorganization. In general we observe discontent with their retirement process. Their occupational profiles are qualitative and quantitative poor and their life plans do not exist, therefore the conclusion is that there is occupational dysfunction. We suggest to investigate the theme in the chilean population and, if we have similar conclusion, to trait to reverse this situation.
