Fingerzeig: Zinkfingerproteine sind Adaptoren, die Positionen in DNA-Origami-Strukturen ortsselektiv ansteuern. Zwei solche Adaptoren können spezifische Positionen in orthogonaler Weise ansteuern, was in Escherichia-coli-Lysat, das Fusionsproteine der Adaptoren enthielt, zum Aufbau der erwarteten Protein-DNA-Struktur angewendet wurde.
