Biochemical and Structural Characterization

A new rotenoid, 11-deoxyclitoriacetal, along with the known 6-deoxyclitoriacetal, was isolated from the seeds of Clitoria fairchildiana. Their structures were established by spectroscopic and chemical methods, and by comparison with data from the literature.
