ResumoALTHOUGH dermoid cysts are not common and ■ are seldom malignant, they are of interest from several points of view. When they occur near the body surface they are of concern to the patient because of their conspicuousness or because of his fear of cancer. They are of interest to th- surgeon1 2 3 from the standpoint of differential diagnosis and complete surgical removal of the lesion.
