ResumoStyle sheets are based on the use of the STYLE tag, which allows us to define new styles, for example fonts, to use on our web page. Style sheets or Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), as DHTML authors usually refer to them, allow us also to define blocks of content. Once these are defined we can control their position on the web page, that is we can cascade them. We shall see more about controlling the positioning of blocks of content when we come to dynamic positioning in chapter 14.
