Resumo

The sequence of the ventricular activation spread and the QRS complex morphologies in different points of the epicardial surface of the normal human heart have been reported in previous papers.1–4 In one of them1 our first results in pathologic hearts were published. Since then we have studied a greater number of cases, and by means of a larger pericardial opening we have been able to search for a greater number of points in the epicardium. The present paper is intended to report our new findings.
