He spent six years as a psychologist with The Dow Chemical Company at Midland, Michigan, and, with Dr. J. H. McPherson, planned and conducted creativity training programs for employees of Detroit Edison Company, The Pillsbury Company, and The Dow Corning Corporation. He presented a threeday “Creativity Experience” for European managers at Geneva, Paris and London during 1965.
