Learn more.Copy URL Share a linkShare onFacebookTwitterLinked InRedditWechat Abstract Ein "molekulares Leuchtfeuer", ein DNA-Molekül mit einer Haarnadelschleife, wurde mit zwei Fluorophoreinheiten (F1 und F2) an den Enden ausgestattet, zwischen denen ein Fluoreszenz-Resonanzenergie-Transfer stattfindet. Dies ermöglicht die Verwendung für quantitative DNA- und RNA-Untersuchungen (siehe Schema). DNA-Konzentrationen bis herab zu 1.7×10−10 M konnten mit einem handelsüblichen Spektrometer mit Cumarin und 6-Carboxyfluorescein als Fluorophoreinheiten detektiert werden. Die Messung des Förster-Abstands für das Donor-Acceptor-Paar ist mit diesen DNA-Sonden ebenfalls möglich.
