Chaos-based Image/Signal Encryption

This article gives and overview of Microsoft's CAPI focusing on the architecture o the Crypto API. A key assumption of the architecture is that specific cryptographic algorithms are independent of the API. A summary of Cryptographic Service Providers that support this API is given.
