Eine Coreduktion liefert InP-Nanokristallkolloide hoher Qualität. Die Synthese nutzt PCl3 als Phosphorquelle und Superhydrid als Reduktionsmittel. Mit HF angeätzte nicht vorbehandelte Nanokristalle zeigen eine effiziente Photolumineszenz.
