Summary This paper describes 14 species of Tremellales from New Zealand. One genus, Pseudostypella, and 10 species are described as new: Eichleriella hoheriae sp. nov., E. subleucophaea sp. nov., Platygloea australis sp. nov., Pseudostypella nothofagi sp. nov., Sebacina cremea sp. nov., S. minutispora sp. nov., S. nikau sp. nov., S. novae-zelandiae sp. nov., S. pruinosa sp. nov., and S. tawa sp. nov. A further four species, Eichleriella spinulosa (Berk. & Curt.) Burt, Sebacina caesio-cinerea (Höhnel & Litsch.) Rogers, S. petiolata Rogers, and S. umbrina Rogers, are new records for the country.
