Resumo

Tiny bumps that may begin as an annoying itch can progress into a debilitating condition without proper treatment. Our case focuses on a 60-year-old woman who presented with complaints of skin changes, itching, and pain on the palms of her hands. The condition had been ongoing for 2 years. Her primary care physician had given her a prescription for triamcinolone cream, but it offered no relief from her symptoms. The patient noted no burning sensation or bleeding at the affected site. She also had no history of asthma, skin cancer, or eczema, and denied smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol.
