ResumoExperience report of extension activities with character of education in health, conducted by nursing students along with the users of Basic Health Units (BHU) of Pelotas / RS.The actions were carried out in spaces which users of three BHU, where the municipal health network was problematic with emphasis on Home Strategy with Assessment and Risk Rating.It was possible to talk about the difficulties found in basic care and resolute character attributed to service urgent/ emergency.It found the need to invest in the reorganization of flows of health care in the county.
